Provide limited support to plan sponsor clients, reinforcing relationships with advisors.
Territory Engagement
Periodically travel within the territory to support critical relationships and contribute to sales presentations.
Operational Collaboration
Interact with operations team members, promoting continuous process improvement.
Efficient Proposal Handling
Work alongside Finway to request/prepare proposals, lineups, investment program model returns, RFPs, and fee benchmarking reports.
CRM Management
Develop a working knowledge of our CRM system, maintaining the sales cycle through CRM – Force Manager.
Network Expansion
Actively solicit and bring new financial advisors and Wholesaler relationships to the distribution channel.
Project Support
Assist in handling special client requests, addressing sensitive client issues, and contributing to departmental projects with regular status updates.
Professional Relationship Maintenance
Respond professionally and timely to inquiries from network contacts, ensuring continued and strengthened business relationships.
Sales Opportunities Pursuit
Follow up with leads, coordinate pre and post-sales deliverables, and uncover new retirement plan sales opportunities in collaboration with network contacts.
